Delegate's Pride (N6ELS-H, also known as “Chip”) is a harem stallion on Assateague Island that had become increasingly aggressive towards park visitors and staff when pursuing human food or when park staff attempted to redirect him or his band away from crowded visitor use areas such as campgrounds and parking areas.

Snow Hill, MD (April 28, 2022) – Following an extensive forensic investigation into a phishing incident that occurred between November 10-20, 2020, Worcester County Government (WCG) agencies and cybersecurity professionals discovered that a WCG email account had been breached. That email account contained limited personal information belonging to approximately 3,000 WCG and Board of Education (BOE) employee and retiree accounts.
