Pay Water/Utilities

Worcester County has online options for residents to pay their water/utility bills. 

PLEASE NOTE:

On March 28, 2025, Worcester County transitioned from eSuites to Tyler Payments for the Utilities Online Bill Pay.
Customers will be required to Register an account with Tyler Payments. This can be done by entering an email, password, name, and phone number. Please click on the “Tyler Payments Online” Button below to Register. User instructions are linked below if needed.
 

• Utilities Online Bill Pay with Tyler Payments
  • Payments made with a credit/debit card will include a convenience fee of 3.75% of the transaction amount with a $2.50 minimum.
  • Payments made with an eCheck will include a $1.95 convenience fee.
  • Pay your bill over the phone at 1-833-734-8758. Enter the Account Number from the utilities bill (including the last three numbers). This is a 24/7 automated phone payment service - the same convenience fees apply.

• Utilities Online Bill Pay with Doxo
  • Payments made with your bank account to Worcester County are FREE of a convenience fee.
  • Payments made with a credit/debit card and Apple Pay will include a convenience fee. ($3.99 or 3.5% of the payment amount, whichever is greater)
  • Pay your bill over the phone at 410-989-6200. This is a 24/7 Automated phone payment service - The same convenience fees apply for credit/debit cards. Payments made with your bank account are FREE of a convenience fee.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Payments made through Doxo may take 3-5 days to process
