Volunteers Needed to Serve on Trial Board for Police Discipline-Related Matters

The Worcester County Commissioners are seeking interest from area residents to serve on the Trial Board for police discipline-related matters.

The Trial Board will consist of three members, be chaired by a retired or administrative law judge, and will conduct hearings if an officer does not accept the disciplinary measures recommended by the Charging Committee, the body that initially reviews complaints of police misconduct.

With Ribbon Cutting, Doors Officially Open on New Worcester County Tourism and Economic Development Visitors Center on Green Street

Snow Hill, Maryland – On March 2, 2023 over 70 community friends gathered to cut the ribbon and open the doors to the new Worcester County Tourism and Economic Development (WCTED) Office and Visitors Center at 107 West Green Street in Snow Hill.

Snow Hill, Maryland (March 16, 2023) – The Worcester County Commissioners named Lynn Wright as the new senior budget accountant in County Administration.
