Worcester County honors the late Delegate Charles Otto

“Whether he was standing alongside the commissioners to support the Consolidated Transportation Plan and other projects or coming out to celebrate the county’s farming history at the Worcester County Fair, Delegate Charles Otto was always championing Worcester causes,” Worcester County Commissioner President Ted Elder said. “He was a true friend to Worcester County, and he was a personal friend of mine. He is already dearly missed.”

In honor of Delegate Otto’s lifetime of service, County flags will begin flying at half-staff.
