Stay Fit, Have Fun this Fall with Adult Fitness Classes at Worcester County Recreation and Parks

Stay fit and active with Worcester County Recreation and Parks this fall. Registration is now open for adult fitness classes, including Core Training, Early Bird Morning Fitness, and PiYo, at the Worcester County Recreation Center in Snow Hill.

Core Training, open to those 18 and older, is a high-intensity class that focuses on building core strength and muscles. Each session is designed to get participant’s heart rates pumping and sweat dripping. Classes will meet October 3 through November 23 each Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Early Bird Morning Fitness, open to those 45 and older, includes a variety of activities of cardio, strength balance, and floor workouts. Classes will meet October 3 through December 16 each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9:00 - 9:40 a.m.

PiYo, open to those 18 and older, is a low-impact, fat-burning class that requires no jumping. Exercises are designed for those of every age, fitness level, and body type. Instructor Nicole Miller will lead the program. Participants will have fun with this great stretching program. Classes will meet November 14 through December 21each Monday and Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
