Worcester County Recreation and Parks is offering opportunities this holiday season for the community to skate with their friends and family during Skate with Santa on December 21 and Open Skate from Dec. 27-30. These free events are open to all ages and will take place in scenic Sturgis Park in Snow Hill.
Skate with Santa will take place December 21 from 6-8 p.m. Participants will have opportunities to ice skate, decorate ornaments, hop on a train ride, enjoy festive music, sip on hot chocolate, and get a picture with Santa.
Open Skate will take place Tuesday – Friday, December 27-30, from 12-7 p.m. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and children 6 and under are not permitted to skate without an adult on the ice with them.
