Snow Hill, Maryland (September 11, 2023) – Area residents are cordially invited to join the Worcester County Commissioners as they cut the ribbon on the new playground equipment at the Bishopville Park on September 19 at 2 p.m.
Worcester County Recreation and Parks professionals contracted with Cunningham Recreation to install GameTime play structures across 6,483 square feet of play space. The playground is comprised of two adjoining sections, one for young children ages 2-5 and another for youth ages 5-12. Inclusive components are used in the play structures that allow children of all abilities to play and adults of varying ages and abilities to actively engage with their children. The park also includes a pavilion with grills, picnic tables, and public parking.
