New Actions Effective Friday, November 20th at 5PM. The governor has issued an emergency order that takes the following actions—effective Friday, November 20 at 5 p.m.:

Maryland Takes Action to Slow the Spread of COVID-19-With Maryland's positivity rate exceeding 5% for the the first time since June and health metrics spiking across the nation, Governor Hogan announce on November 10 a series of actions to slow the spread of COVID-19.
