Worcester County Commissioners honor Emergency Services Director Fred Webster

Tuesday, December 18, 2018, the Worcester County Commissioners honored Emergency Services Director Fred Webster, who will retire later this month after leading the 911 Communications Center and all aspects of emergency management operations for the county for the past 17 years. Webster began his career in Emergency Services as the assistant director on July 17, 2002. In 2013 the Commissioners promoted him to direct the department. He was also instrumental in instructing the National Academies of Emergency Dispatch Basic Telecommunicator classes and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Community Emergency Response Team program in Worcester County.
