Recreation Times Newsletter Great Sports Report Newsletter Recreation & Parks Staff Contacts Winter hours of operation will take effect at the Worcester County Recreation Center (WCRC) in Snow Hill from October through March and are as follows: Monday – Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday – Closed
