Recreation Times Newsletter Great Sports Report Newsletter Recreation & Parks Staff Contacts Summer Camp 2010 Winter hours of operation will take effect at the Worcester County Recreation Center (WCRC) in Snow Hill from October through March and are as follows: Monday – Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday – Closed
