In preparation for flooding, several pre-storm action items have been completed, including removing items from the beach and closing the sea wall gates.  In addition, the Inlet Lot will be closed beginning at midnight tonight, in preparation of flooding during tidal cycles. Liberal Leave for Town of Ocean City employees has been granted for Friday, October 2.

Residents and property owners in ALL Zone A and B locations should prepare for moderate to severe flooding beginning in the early morning hours tomorrow, October 2.  Preparedness efforts include tying up water vessels, removing outdoor furniture and securing objects susceptible to wind and flooding.
