Snow Hill Resident Injured In Outside Control Burn

On Saturday, May 27, 2017 at approximately 7PM a female resident of Snow Hill walked into the Snow Hill Firehouse with injuries substained in a outdoor control burn of brush.  The female subject was transported to PRMC in Salisbury by Snow Hill EMS and later transfered to the Bayview Burn Center in Baltimore.  The cause of the fire is accidental in nature and blamed on the improper use of a flammable liquid (Gasoline).  The incident took place at 5210 Bayside Road in Snow Hill near Public Landing.  Fire Marshal McMahon urges all County residents and visitors to use precautions when burning outside fires.
